BIO: Julianne (Juli) Fox has lived in Richmond for ten years with her husband Jim and her two sons. Her road to Richmond began in her native New Jersey, where she achieved her MBA from Columbia University, and enjoyed a successful career in senior management at multi-billion dollar corporations, culminating in winning a $35M landmark decision over the IRS. In 2000, Juli's husband accepted an international position, and they moved with their two sons to the UK. Juli focused on family, volunteering at her sons' school and in her new British community. The move back to the U.S. brought Juli to Richmond, where she immediately became an active volunteer in Richmond's youth athletic leagues, St. Christopher's School and the Richmond community. This has given her the opportunity and pleasure of being an integral part of her sons' academics and athletics, while instilling in their lives the concept of giving back to our community. Juli would like to put her business acumen, negotiation skills and attention to detail to work for you in your real estate transaction. She is an active member of the Richmond Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She has bought and sold homes in widely diverse geographies (NJ, England, and Virginia) in good markets and bad.
